Trezre Shipping Policy

At Trezre by Tanisha, your jewellery is delivered with care and attention throughout India. This policy explains our shipping process, rates, delivery timelines, and how we help you track your order.

Shipping Coverage
  • We deliver to serviceable pin codes across India, including Assam and all major cities and towns outside Assam. If your area is not covered, our team will contact you before your order is processed.

Processing & Dispatch Time
  • Ready-to-ship products: Dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Custom and made-to-order jewellery: Processing time is longer; details will be shared on product pages or after design consultation.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.

Delivery Timelines
  • Assam: Expected delivery in 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Rest of India: Expected delivery in 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to courier factors, remote locations, or unforeseen events.

Shipping Charges
  • Deliveries within Assam: ₹100 per order (flat rate).

  • Deliveries outside Assam, within India: ₹150 per order (flat rate).

  • Any promotional shipping offers will be mentioned on the website or at checkout.

  • All shipping fees are displayed before order confirmation and added to your total at checkout.

Packing & Safety

Every jewellery order is packed in secure, tamper-evident packaging. High-value orders may use additional insurance or protective wraps.
If your parcel appears damaged, tampered, or open upon arrival, do not accept delivery. Take a photo and contact our support team immediately.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Use this link to check live delivery status.

Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

Our couriers will attempt delivery 1–3 times at the address provided.
Returned parcels from non-delivery (wrong address, unreachable contact, absence) will require new shipping charges for re-shipment. Double-check address and contact details to avoid delays.

Trezre strives for timely dispatch, but we are not liable for delays caused by courier disruptions, weather, strikes, regulatory events, or other circumstances outside our control.
